Celebration of World Environment DayThe World Environment Day has been conducted in collaboration with Shivayoga Desi Goshale, Hunsur at Choudikatte, Hunsur Taluk on 05.06.2019. More than 150 school students were participated in the programme and prepare seed ball and sown in nearby public areas. |
Value Addition ProgrammeValue addition programme on ragi and maize has been conducted for SHG farmwomen in collaboration with Dept. of Agriculture, ATAM Project, Yalandur Taluk, Chamarajagar district. More than 50 farmwomen were benefited. |

World Yoga Day at JSS Institutions, SutturThe World Yoga day has been observed at Suttur in collaboration with JSS Institutions, Suttur on 21.06.2019. More than 900 students and staff members of Krishi Vigyan Kendra and JSS Institutions were present in the programme and performed the yoga. |
RAWE ProgrammeHands on training have been conducted for BSc Agriculture students from Hanumanamatti agriculural college, Dharwad Agriculture University under Rural Agriuclutre Work Expericence (RAWE) programme during 08-20 July 2019. During this programme, students have exposed in maintenance of demonstration units, agri clinic activities, value addition and field visit to farmers fields. |

Natural farming special training programmeTwo days training programme on Natural farming in collaboration with Chethana Trust, Mysuru. During the interaction training some of the topics discussed are natural farming, organic farming, prevention of desi seeds etc.,. Twenty four rural youth farmers were actively participated in the programme. |
Production technologies in SugarcaneOne day training programme has been conducted for sugarcane growers of Sonahalli and nearby villages of Nanjangud taluk on sugarcane production technologies. In this programme single eye nursery, integrated crop management, integrated pest and disease management in sugarcane have been taught. 66 farmers were present in the programme. |
